The title is clickbait and the suggestion to never forgive is useless, too. Instead, the author should have pointed out numerous existing solutions, like Mastodon, GNU/Linux phones and other thing relying solely on free software.
A better title might be "We should pay more attention to the damage of the enshitticiation/Rot Economy on us and people around".
I find the author's reasoning very similar to the one by Cory Doctorow about enshittification, however this goes more into precice details how users suffer.
