Would you be open to sponsoring visas for people outside of the US/Canada? I am currently a ML/Computer Vision Engineer at an institute in Japan, and have a fairly extensive (4+ year) experience as software developer, as well as experience in ML in actual companies, but do not have a visa that lets me work on those countries. If you are open for sponsorship, however, I would be very interested.
