Oooh, this dialog is 2015 vintage! This dialog is styled like Windows 8! This one is from the XP era! Ohh, and that rarified dialog has controls that have not been changed since Windows 95!

There's still UI stuff that hasn't changed since Windows 3.1 minus the UI kit updates.
