Are you sure that was an Impossible burger and not a Beyond burger? I've tried both and the aroma of Beyond burgers (which I think taste fine but the aroma of uncooked patties reminds me of cat food) was

more noticeable to me.

It's whatever the busy burger place at the ferry building was selling about 6 years ago. I am not sure, but I do think it was Impossible.
