Ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tz_database Searching the list here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones I cannot find an entry for "Pacific Standard Time" nor "Vancouver/Canada", but I can see: "America/Vancouver".
