When it takes longer to prompt it with the details you would want in an email than to just write the email, that is user error? Like I get the use case with summarization or translation but I can’t trust the output 100% when I know complete nonsense could be output.

Having errors is not the user error - Google will also return you bad results but I'd still consider it user error if someone can't avoid the bad results well enough to find some use for it.
