Where does it say it's a sine wave, though? I was looking for a description of the waveform, and found none.


The article refers to a pure tone at 100 Hz.

I took that to mean a simple sine wave. If it wasn't a sine wave, it would have additional, non-100 Hz components.


Thanks. I pretty much assumed sine wave too, but it's never stated.

The idea that that's "unique" is laughable.
