I'm curious as to why you believe the engine to be broken, or why Cliff would be the one to fix it. Unlike "brogrammer," Cliff's professional title /is/ found right at the top of the article: Design Director. He makes games, not engines; Tim Sweeney runs that show.

And if the only reason you find the UE3 to be broken is due to some Console vs PC/Them vs Us issues, then your anger is probably best aimed at PMs and Executive Producers who choose to put so little resources into the PC versions of games, not an engine.
