I'm sure this was done to "consolidate" offerings and brands, but this is just way more confusing. CLI has a meaning, and this doesn't seem to have a CLI at all? Product looks cool, but the naming is just baffling

I think this would be API-based pricing, while Gemini Code Assist is flat-rate. I'm not sure what other differences there are, though.
