I service a shop that uses Lastpass. My consistent experience (5yrs) is this: Whatever I need LP to do or provide (on behalf of the user) isn't likely to happen. It's nearly always less time and friction to reset the credentials.

Lol exactly. Although bitwarden is a good product, always went back to chrome because I use it on my android phone and my windows laptop.
