This "co-creator" was removed from the project pretty quickly and has been against them ever since. Looks like he's taking advantage of this moment where the government is making noises about censoring Wikipedia and trying to parlay a retweet from Musk into whatever kind of fame he can get.
It's Larry Sanger. The one thing I can observe is that he avoided talking to Wikipedians even way back when I was still highly active, and that's over a decade ago.
