Almost everything is patentable. The real test is holding the patent up in court.

Or threatening enough people to sue them for umpteen fantastillion dollars unless they pay you ransom money^W^W licensing fees.

Remind me why we still have this fucked up system?


I guess going by the apple-samsung lawsuit, getting your patent validated in court seems to depend a lot on random chance as well.


A test I expect this will fail. Fairly sure there's some prior art for this.
