The main problem is that people don't spend the time to filter their photos - I'm often too lazy to have more than an idle flick through photo albums that people send links to because people upload some really bad photos that they just can't be bothered to filter. One good thing about film is that you're forced to do this (plus there are other benefits to being "encouraged" to think about each photo rather than just snapping wildly).
