I disagree with the comment about Sony unable to match Apple's design. I have an Xperia S and although I don't flaunt it around, people who have seen it made comments about how good it looks. Including a few Apple Fans with iPhones. A couple of friends even bought Sony phones after seeing mine. The design of the phone was one of the main two reasons I chose Sony (the other is sound quality when playing music on the phone). They even manage not to screw up the Android experience, in my opinion. They are not the most popular phones, but I think the design is not the reason for that.
