Android SDK is now proprietary
They are definitely both 100% 'actions'. But google is just being less-sharey with stuff that isn't even part of android. While oracle was trying to claim code that wasn't even theirs.
Consider applying for YC's Spring batch! Applications are open till Feb 11.
