Respectfully, I don't see how it's link bait, it's a very straight-forward and factual headline.

The ad hominem argument also isn't persuasive; judge the legislation based on your ethical compass, not on dislike for a specific profession.

What the article is missing, clearly, is the phrase "in New Hampshire" or "in one US state."
