Because on of them I'm making the purchase decision for and one of them someone else is. So if I work at a place that isn't BYOD friendly, and have to do certain things on my work-issued desktop, its very good if I can easily access the notes from my personal tablet convertible that I'd prefer to take to meetings when I am using that desktop.
