I think hiding behind lawyers benefits only the lawyers. As a civil society, I think people should be called out for their poor behavior, and explain themselves. You've made your case, now Pigeon.ly should explain themselves. A public court of opinion is, in the end, the only court that truly matters. Or so I think.
