The website http://btindex.org that generated some rumor in the bittorrent scene, especially on https://torrentfreak.com/btindex-exposes-ip-addresses-of-bittorrent-users-140807/ seems to be down. It displayed all Peer-IPs and all content that has been seeded or downloaded by these IPs. It's different from other crawlers because it also crawled the DHT network, without the need of trackers.
