Does stating something make it true? I don't see any facts being backed up in the op. Stating things that are backed up by data help, but I would say that any time that ethnicity or country of origin are the only thing that you measure, you end up making the picture more cloudy. There are things that span ethnicities and cultures such as education, IQ, and work ethic that predict much more about success and failure than ethnicity or culture.

You've probably heard this before, but correlation is far from causation.
