It'd be doable to set up something with aalib[1] or libcaca[2] (for color support) - the resolution would be pretty bad though ;)

I'd give it a shot myself, but unfortunately I'm not familiar with Go or Tinder's API.

Just use feh and you would be all set.

EDIT: feh is a X11 command line image viewer. I use it all the time with w3m (Console web browser)
