.config/kxkbrc it uses this file, and here's https://userbase.kde.org/File:Enable_Ctrl_%2B_Alt_%2B_Backsp... the print of the system settings GUI, is the gnome folks can't make simple things work that's on them, kde is powerful when needed ;)
